From 2015 to 2017 this address held the website of the Global Health Exchange, a Health Education England programme for global health learning in the NHS. That site was taken down in 2017, and the address was later reused by unrelated sites. Wider Ward is written by new, independent editors. It is not the programme's website, it has no connection with the NHS, Health Education England, NHS England, the University of Salford or the Uganda UK Health Alliance, and it shows none of their text, logos or images.
The programme's work is also described in published research, such as a 2017 study of open online public health courses.
